Policy for Small Planet Adventures LLC and Florida E-Bike Adventures LLC
Bicycles must be returned to your retailer We are striving to meet expectations, however we are aware that problems do occur when making a purchase of any kind. Please note we will need notification of the return/refund request as soon as possible in order to best serve all parties. Once work on orders and/or services has been started, it cannot be changed or canceled.
Bicycles must be returned to your retailer:
Bring your order, with proof of purchase, to the local retailer in association with Small Planet E-Bikes who assembled your bike. You may be eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, NOT including initial shipping and handling charges (S&H), destination fees, labor and assembly fees, plus any applicable tax, so long as any such bicycle is like-new, (no more than an addition of 5 miles upon sale) and undamaged.
To make a return for a refund, please follow these guidelines:
- Returns will only be accepted within 14 days of the invoice
- Items must be in like-new, unused* condition, and undamaged
- Proof of purchase is required
- Credit will be issued to the original payment type used for the purchase. If a digital gift card was redeemed, this payment method will be credited first.
*E-Bikes must have less than 5-10 miles to be considered unused.
Items are ineligible for return if:
- The item was not purchased from Small Planet Adventures LLC or Florida E-Bike Adventures (referred to as local retailers throughout this document).
- The item was invoiced more than 14 days ago
- The item has been used
- The item is not in new condition
- The item was marked “final sale,” “no return,” “NOS,” or odometer voids first owner warranty status.
- The item was damaged by improper use or accident
- The item is not resellable as first owner under warranty
Gear and Rider Apparel returns:
New, unused items are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Used items are eligible for online store credit within 30 days of purchase. We do not offer exchanges.
To make a return for a refund, please follow these guidelines:
- Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of purchase
- Items must be in new, unused condition with all original, undamaged packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- Credit will be issued to the original payment type used for the purchase. If a digital gift card was redeemed, this payment method will be credited first.
Items ineligible for return:
- The item was not purchased from Small Planet Adventures LLC, or Florida E-Bike Adventures
- The item was purchased more than 30 days ago
- The item was marked “final sale,” “no return,” “NOS” or odometer voids first owner warranty status (these items cannot be exchanged)
- The item was damaged by improper use or accident or is currently involved in legal system
Gift Cards:
Gift Cards cannot be returned, resold, or canceled.
To Start a Gear Return:
Please contact the store where the item(s) were purchased with your Order Reference Number to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). You will have to drop it off at your local retailer; transportation cost is the responsibility of the returnee. Please include the Return information with your returned product when returning at the local retailer.
You may be eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, not including initial S&H charges, destination fees, plus any applicable tax, as long as new, unused items meet the refund eligibility terms above. You may be eligible for an online store credit equal to the purchase price, not including initial S&H charges, plus any applicable tax, as long as used items meet the online store credit eligibility terms above and are returned clean.
All returns:
Refunds, less original S&H and/or destination fees, will be credited to the original credit card account used for purchase within 30 days after the return is received. Online store credits, less original S&H and/or destination fees, will be issued within 30 days after the return is received. If there was an error on your order, such as the wrong item shipped or damaged during shipping, the local retailer will credit your original S&H charges and/or destination fees (if applicable). If an item is returned that does not meet the eligibility guidelines listed above, the return will be declined and the item returned to you.
*If a gift card was redeemed, this payment method will be credited first.

Warranty information
Bicycles:
If you need assistance regarding your bicycle’s warranty, please take your bicycle to your local retailer.
Gear:
Brand warranties all name-branded Gear against defects in materials and manufacturing follow the brand product in question associated with the date of purchase. Brand Gear with longer warranty periods are available on brand websites and other resources. Warranty starts from the date of purchase against defects in material and manufacturing on items not deemed “final sale,” “no return,” “NOS” or odometer voids first owner warranty status. Branded items do have limited lifetime warranty against defects in material and manufacturing for as long as the original purchaser owns one.
Labor, Service and Rentals:
Labor, Service and Rental fees do not qualify for refunds. Further assistance for inquiries considering labor, work orders, etc should be addressed by the local retailer that provided or is in the process of providing the service. Theft of Service will not be tolerated and subjected to the rules and regulations provided by local, State and Federal authorities. Further information on Rental Policy is available on signed waiver. Each rental transaction will have an option to purchase/provide insurance to help cover costs of rental liabilities.
